Individual Print Copies (ordered through our website links)

Single print copies bought through the “Buy” links on our site are sold and fulfilled by our print partner, IngramSpark(through its Share & Sell program). Each book is printed on demand and shipped directly to you by IngramSpark. Shipping options, delivery estimates, costs, and any sales tax are shown at the IngramSpark checkout, and these orders are handled under IngramSpark's own terms and customer service. If you have a question about such an order, email us at SmileAgainAdmin@gmail.com, and we'll gladly help you connect with them.

Digital Products (E-book & Audiobook)

E-books and audiobooks are delivered digitally through the retailer you purchase from (such as Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, or Audible) and are available right after purchase. No physical shipping applies.

Bulk & Group Orders

Bulk and church/group orders are arranged directly with us. Once we confirm your quantity and destination, your copies are printed through IngramSpark and shipped to the address you provide. Delivery time depends on quantity and location — please allow roughly[2–3 weeks] for printing and delivery, and we'll give you a clearer estimate with your quote. Shipping costs are included in the quote we provide before you order.

International Bulk Orders

Because IngramSpark prints globally, we can often arrange international bulk shipping with printing closer to the destination. Delivery times, costs, and any customs duties or import taxes vary by country and will be included in your quote.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check the shipping address you provide for a bulk order. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we'll always do our best to help.
